Who can use these rooms?
Priority will first be given to groups of UA students with reservations then other UA affiliates. Otherwise, rooms are open and available for anyone to use
For how long?
Can be renewed for an additional 2 hours if there are no other reservations

Information Commons, 1st Floor: Rooms A114-120, 104C-108C, 110A-110C.
3rd Floor: Rooms B302, B317
4th Floor: Rooms A403, A404
2nd Floor: Rooms 214, 216, 218
3rd Floor: Rooms 312, 314
4th Floor: Rooms 411, 415, 417, 440, 442
Can I reserve one?
Yes, and priority is given to students who have reserved this room.

Placing backpacks or books in the room does not hold the room for you

Room A120: Presentation equipment: Wall-mounted LCD monitor, Windows computer, monitor with built-in camera and microphone, software packages to record your presentation, and a whiteboard
This room can also be used for SKYPE interviews
Rooms 108D & 108E: Laptop computer collaboration station and whiteboard
Rooms A114 - A119, 110B, 110C: Wall-mounted LCD monitor
Science & Engineering Library:
Room 214: Presentation equipment: Wall-mounted LCD monitor, Windows computer, monitor with built-in camera and microphone, software packages to record your presentation, and a whiteboard

Never leave any belongings unattended in the rooms, as you are solely responsible for your personal belongings.
